Job Description

Title:  Financial Analyst / Senior FA

Location:  Charlottesville, VA 

Schedule:  Hybrid in-person and remote 

Status:  Full-time - Exempt

Compensation: Expected salary range ($80,000 - $95,000) + quarterly bonus Program + YE profit-sharing bonus per year.

What will I do?

In this role, you will directly support the Advisory Practice and Client Management. You will leverage your operational skills to assist Client Managers in supervising and driving important production work. Additionally, you will utilize your analysis skills to build and maintain client reporting and analysis.

As part of the team, your responsibilities will include:

  • Delivering both quantitative and qualitative analyses and insights

  • Support revenue accounting and ad-hoc analysis

  • Reviewing financial statements

  • Producing & maintaining client financial reporting tools

  • Supporting the advisory team with analysis & diligence 

Required Technical Skills:

  • Solid understanding of standard financial statements rooted in an in-depth knowledge of accounting

  • At least 3 years of progressive analytics experience

  • Expert-level spreadsheet skills

  • Experience with QuickBooks Online

  • Degree in finance, accounting, or equivalent work experience
