Bryce has prepared business and personal income tax returns since 2013 and is highly experienced in tax preparation and planning. With nearly a decade of accounting experience across hundreds of businesses, he has provided clients with extensive expertise in the implementation and management of their financial accounting systems.

Connor Fagan
After receiving his B.S. in Finance and Economics from Anderson University in 2016, Connor pursued a career in coffee roasting before co-founding a coffee roasting company a few years later. He found greener pastures in Charlottesville and has since endeavored to share his experience and passion for small business with the community he has grown to love.
If Connor’s not on the disc golf course or in his home recording studio writing songs on the weekends, you can find him out hiking on a trail or reading a good book in the sun.
Hana Fisher
Hana is a Charlottesville native with a bachelor's degree in Biology from UVA. Her love of science evolved into an interest in numbers and she now spends her days working with spreadsheets instead of microscopes.
Hana began her career in accounting working for a regional craft brewery and has served as controller for multiple small businesses in Charlottesville. She has experience establishing infrastructure for new businesses as well as navigating concerted growth efforts. Hana strongly believes in the value of financial data for businesses of all shapes and sizes and enjoys helping people put their passions into action.
In her free time Hana can be found frequenting her favorite restaurants, doing yoga, traveling, and spending time with her family.
Emma Fletcher
Emma began her journey into accounting in an unconventional way. After five years of working as a registered nurse, she decided to try her hand at bookkeeping. Her niche is onsite bookkeeping and the management of family offices and large estates. She specializes in accounts payable, account receivable, payroll, and employee benefits. She has a wonderful knack for providing a sense of security and continuity to clients.
When she’s not working at Forward she can be found raising her three little boys with her husband, Bryce, in Charlottesville.
Lindsey Engelbrecht
Lindsey double-majored in Psychology and Philosophy and minored in Spanish while competing as a member of the UVA Women's Rowing team and riding at the Virginia Polo Club. She has since obtained her MSW from VCU, Certificate in Social Work Management from the University of Alaska-Anchorage, and SHRM-CP qualification.
Lindsey is excited to combine her love for people with her management skills in overseeing our company’s administrative and HR functions.
When not chasing after her busy children, Lindsey enjoys hiking, dancing, horseback riding, and finding creative ways to be active or immersed in nature.
Ceenan Gallihugh
Ceenan began at FFI as an intern during the summer of 2022. His determination, curiosity, and affable nature inclined us to quickly evolve his internship into a full-time position starting in 2023.
After graduating from Charlottesville High School at the height of the COVID pandemic, Ceenan attended PVCC and found resilience and joy in working for the local Boys and Girls Club. He continues to volunteer at the Boys and Girls Club and catch up with the kids, who are always excited to see him!
Ceenan is passionate about health and exercise, and loves playing basketball. He also enjoys traveling, experiencing new local restaurants, and hanging out with his family and friends. You might catch him in Charlottesville hiking or playing ball with his larger-than-life rottweiler, Dior.
Janneke Wolken
After earning a master’s degree in International Business, Janneke worked for two bulge bracket investment banks in London, advising clients on structured finance and corporate banking solutions. Upon moving to the US, she transitioned to entrepreneurial life as a founder, investor, and subsequently CFO. Now settled in beautiful Charlottesville, she is a big believer in operational efficiency as a basis for financial health and enjoys the opportunity to help local clients achieve this. Her diverse career and broad perspective allow for a well-rounded approach towards strategic advisory and financial management.
In her spare time, Janneke foremost enjoys spending time with her family, but in addition loves to read a good book, coach her kids’ sports teams, ski, practice watersports, and spend time in the garden.
Reagan Freeman
Reagan is loving being a new member of the Charlottesville community, and enjoys the thought of setting deep roots within Albemarle County. She comes to FFI with double majors in Accounting and Finance, foundational staff accountant experience, and passion for making a positive difference with her skills. Reagan enjoys learning new tricks and analyzing numbers to create a better picture of a company's financial status, and finds joy in assisting local businesses and nonprofits. She is currently working toward acquiring her CPA to better support her clients and FFI.
Outside of being immersed in numbers, Reagan can be found reading, hanging with her (clingy) best furry boy, Moses, FaceTiming friends and family, spoiling her nephew and nieces, or attending the occasional comedy show in support of her husband. She enjoys her quiet lifestyle and loves to soak in the beauty of newly married life.
Naomi Miller
Naomi was born in Charlottesville and grew up in Albemarle County. After graduating from Albemarle High School in 2013, she went to the University of Pittsburgh where she majored in both Political Science and German and earned a certificate in European Union Studies, graduating Summa Cum Laude in 2016. Her passion for politics led to work on political campaigns for the next several years, mostly as a Finance Director. Tracking revenues and spending, projecting cash flow, and producing financial reports for campaigns piqued her interest in the field of accounting.
With FFI she joins her knack for numbers with her affinity for community engagement. Currently she is pursuing further education in Accounting and Business as she works toward becoming a CPA.
In her free time she enjoys playing with her dog, reading sci-fi and fantasy books, streaming shows, and sampling the best food Charlottesville has to offer.
David Johnson
David’s accounting profession budded when he began to help his family with their rural Mississippian mercantile businesses while growing up. From a young age, he enjoyed being involved with cash, inventory, sales, payroll, and tax preparation from a retail perspective. After graduating from USM in 2006 with a BS in Business Administration and Accounting, David moved to Virginia and expanded his experience in tax compliance, financial reporting, and audit readiness within the public sector. He has been providing financial analysis and reporting within Charlottesville’s private sector for the past 13 years.
At FFI, David is looking forward to sharing his accounting knowledge and working with new and established businesses in the community to help them analyze and make improvements to their accounting process and practices.
When not number-crunching, David can be found virtually adventuring with his wife - exploring, looting, and relentlessly taking down the seedy bad guys of the PlayStation underworld.
Tina Morrison
Tina is a Shenandoah Valley native, and has been part of the Charlottesville community for 12 years. She brings experience working within the insurance industry as well as the local nonprofit sector, and has first-hand small business owner perspective gained from co-founding The Pie Chest with her partner.
Throughout the hands-on operations of her small business, Tina developed an interest in numbers and financial management, leading her to pursue accounting as a mid-life career change. Tina graduated from Old Dominion University with a major in Accounting, and found FFI to be a great fit for this newfound pursuit.
In her free time, Tina enjoys participating in pub trivia at Firefly, exploring and participating in Charlottesville’s local food scene, and spending quality time with her family, to include her four completely-innocent cats and one lazy hound.
