Job Description

Title:  Sr. Financial Analyst / Client Manager

Location:  Charlottesville, VA 

Schedule:  Hybrid in-person and remote 

Status:  Full-time - Exempt

Compensation: Expected salary range ($105,000 - $120,000) + quarterly bonus Program + YE profit sharing bonus per year.

What will I do?

In this role, you will directly support the advisory practice and utilize your exceptional analysis and modeling skills to support client FP&A and corporate transactions. You will be able to design and build creative, pragmatic solutions to client challenges and synthesize insights from financial and other transactional data.

As part of the team, your responsibilities will include:

  • Delivering both quantitative and qualitative analyses and insights

  • Managing client onboarding projects

  • Reviewing and interpreting financial statements

  • Assisting in the design of client financial and operational reporting metrics

  • Supporting the advisory team with your analytics, creativity, wisdom, and wit 

Required Technical Skills:

  • Thorough understanding of all three financial statements

  • At least 5 years of progressive analytics experience

  • Expert-level spreadsheet skills

  • Financial acumen rooted in an in-depth knowledge of accounting

  • Experience with QuickBooks Online

  • Degree in finance, accounting, or equivalent work experience
